  3. What Kind Of Videos Do You Make?

    We make dvds for anyone who loves legs, and pretty girls in lingerie! We do a variety of things from lingerie and striptease to foot fetish and pantyhose / stocking teasers. Some of our girls are sweet and sexy and some are hot and nasty, so some tapes show nudity and some do not. Some tapes also have explicit action. The descriptions can help you find what you're looking for.

    At this time, no. We're usually too busy and generally have to pay the models more than we can reasonably charge our customers, so we usually avoid doing them. You can submit your idea though and maybe you will see it in an upcoming video! You can also try contacting some of the models through their fan clubs (if they have one), as some of them will do customs.

  7. Why Did You Start Out Doing Below The Waist Videos?

    Our early videos were shot from a below the waist standpoint (marked BTW) because the models were amateurs who did not want to show their faces . These are quite good even though you can't see their faces.

    Many of the models featured in our videos do have their own private fanclubs. We've put together a page of models' fanclubs for your convenience (available to members of Club JB).     For the past several years, we have been auctioning the models' worn hosiery to the highest bidder. Past auctions have included Ryan Conner, Penny Flame, Erica Campbell, Mimi Miyagi, Sandee Westgate and many more! This is something that we might or might not continue depending on your interest.     You can order online anytime you'd like ... as our website never closes. (Visit our online catalog)

    Our office hours are Monday thru Friday, 9am to5pm PST (excluding holidays). 24-hour voicemail is available.

  15. What Is Your Return Policy?

    Your satisfaction is our primary concern. JB guarantees his dvds are free of defects. Although the chances are slim, an occasional item will slip past our quality control department ... and we apologize in advance. If you receive a defective item in your order (or we accidentally send you the wrong item), please don't hesitate to call us at 1-800-716-7705 (or email customer support) and we'll set up an exchange for you that same day.

    However, all sales are final and we do not give refunds. If you are unsure about a specific video, you might want to check out one of our Sampler Preview Volumes. They sample all of JB's videos from 1989 to the present. You're also welcome to contact us and we'll try to answer any question you might have.

  17. What Kind Of DVDs do you use?

    The type of DVDs we sell are on DVD-R. MOST players are able to play this format, but you should check with your instruction manual first if you want to be sure.

  19. Are Your Videos Available In Stores?

    Yes .. we do sell a small number of our dvds commercially so hopefully you can find them in your local video store. If you have a favorite store and you would like to see them carry our products, please ask the management of the video store to contact us directly.   21. Is Your Content Legal?

    Absolutely. We are a reputable company and we abide by US law and comply with Industry standards.. All of the models in our photos and videos are at least 18 years old. It is your responsibility to know and abide the local community standards in your area.

    If you're asking specifically about JB Video, YES. We are an honest company and we do everything we can to provide you with the safest conditions for your internet transactions. We use a third party encryption service over a secure server so no one can get your billing information.

    If you'd like to check our SSL site certificate, please locate and click on the GeoTrust icon in the left margin our online catalog. You can also find the lock or key icon at the top or bottom of the browser window, depending on which web browser you're using.

  29. How Safe Will My Credit Card Number Be In Your Hands?

    In addition to encrypting your billing information over our secure server, we go one step further to protect you by omitting your credit card number on any paperwork -- so your online transactions are totally safe from anyone. Credit card orders placed by mail are kept in a safe file cabinet.

  31. What If I Don't Want To Use A Credit Card?

    For ordering our videos over the internet, a credit card is the only option. But if you'd like to buy videos through the mail, we do accept money orders (in US funds only).We also will accept cash but send it at your own risk. A personal check will delay your shipment at least 2 weeks until it clears. There is a $15 charge for bounced checks. You can mail your payment along with our order form, which can be downloaded and printed from here: (our mail order order form). (Don't worry if it doesn't all fit on one page). Incomplete orders will be returned. We do not accept Western Union or wire transfers and we are currently considering implementing online checks.

  33. Are All Of Your Videos Available For Purchase Online?

    Yes and No ...

    At the end of 2007, we ceased production of our VHS videos and started exclusively selling DVDs.

    Currently not all of our VHS videos have been transferred to DVDs, but this is something we are consistently working on, and every few months a new batch of transfers goes up for sale. (in the Recent Transfers section of our catalog).

    When this happens, we discount the DVDS 50% for a limited time so you can switch over your JB Collection without paying full price again for the new format.

    So to answer the question ... no, not all of our videos are available for sale because not all of them are available on DVD yet.

    However, if you are asking if all of our DVDs are available online, the answer is yes.

  35. How Can I Find What I'm Looking For?

    Our site has its own search engine ...and it's pretty convenient, too. You'll find it at the top left of our online catalog. Just remember to be as specific as possible when entering keywords. Try entering only the first few letters of a word. For example, type in "dangl" to find videos with "dangle" "dangling" "dangles" etc. Also, try different spellings of the same word or name. (Nikki, Nicki, Nici, etc). Our search engine will display 30 results per page, with small numbered navigation pages at the top and bottom if there are more on the next page.

    Sometimes we abbreviate words in our text descriptions. If you're looking for "Sheer to Waist" try STW or S.T.W. Here are some others: P.H. = Pantyhose, R.H.T. = Reinforced Heel & Toe, F.F. = Full-Fashion, B.T.W. = Below the Waist

  37. How do I buy something from your website?

      CLUB JB MEMBERS: You must follow the MEMBERS link from our main menu to receive your 40% discount on all JB videos and merchandise.

      NON-MEMBERS: From our main menu, click the "Catalog" link.

    • Use the links on the left side of your screen to select a category, and when you find something you like, click on the "ADD TO CART" button underneath the item's description. (you must have javascript enabled to see this button)

    • Click on the VIEW CART button towards the top right of the catalog at any time to see the contents of your shopping cart and review your subtotal.

    • When satisfied with your selection(s), click the "CHECKOUT" button on the right of the screen, under the VIEW CART link.
    • You're now ready to choose your shipping and continue with your order. For more information on shipping options, please click here.
    • Complete the order form and review your billing information.
    • Continue to our secure server and enter your credit card number and expiration date. (without spaces or dashes)
    • Press the "Submit" button ONE TIME ONLY and stay on this screen until your credit card is verified.

  38. How Do I Know If My Order Was Processed Successfully?

    After you complete your transaction, you will be taken to a page with your proof of purchase information. Please review the authorization number and save or print this page as your receipt. We verify the billing address on every credit card submitted to our site. Confirmation may take longer when we are busy. We will send you an email within 48 hours to let you know the status of your order. If you do not receive an authorization number but your card was charged, please contact our office as soon as possible.

    All orders shipped to addresses in the state of California are subject to CA sales tax (9.75% as of August, 2009).

  44. Why Am I Having A Hard Time with Your Online Catalog?

    Our catalog uses JavaScript to add items to your shopping cart. If you don't see the "add to cart" button or if nothing happens when you click on the "add to cart" button, please make sure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser options. Or make sure you don't have your firewall settings too high.

    Also keep in mind that our website is optimized for use with standard web browsers such as Internet Explorer or Firefox. AOL and MSN browsers might not work properly with our software (although they should .. and they do at the time this help section was updated).

  45. Why am I having a hard time processing my transaction?

    If you would like further information, please email problems@jbvideo.com and we'll look into it for you.

    Error Code Description
    Declined This is a very simple error code which comes directly from your bank. Basically, your card is being declined but we don't know why. Please contact your bank for further details. It doesn't matter what error message you see underneath the DECLINED message. It might say something about your address and zip - but the bottom line is that your bank is declining the transaction. It has nothing to do with the message about your address.
    A/Declined You have tried too many times to complete your transaction. Either you have already charged this amount on your credit card within the past 30 days .. or you have tried too many times recently to complete a transaction that has problems (such as your bank is declining your card, your billing address or CVV2 code doesn't match, etc). We only allow 4 unsuccessful attempts per day on our website. Any attempts after 4 will be A/Declined.
    E/Declined You have used an invalid e-mail address. We will not sell your information or send you SPAM but you must use a valid email account.
    B/Declined If you receive this error, you will not be able to complete an online transaction until you contact us first for details.
    Bad Address The address you are entering does not match the billing address on the card. This error message comes directly from your bank. Please use the billing address on your credit card statement. You should contact your bank and ask them exactly how they have your billing address on file. If this error message appears with "DECLINED" it doesn't necessarily mean you are declined because of your address or zip. Please refer to the DECLINED error code above.
    CVV2 Mismatch The CVV2 you are entering does not match the CVV2 number on the back of your card or you are saying the card has NONE when, in fact, it does. The CVV2 number is the 3-digit extension on the back of your credit card at the very end of the signature box after your card number. (?)
    A/Quota Exceeded You attempted to place an order which has gone over our limit. Please remove some items from your shopping cart and try again.

  47. What Are Your Different Shipping Options?

    Our standard shipping is the US Postal Service's First Class Priority Mail ($6 for first dvd, $2 for each additional). We know speedy service is important and this option offers expedited delivery at the least expensive rate. Most shipments arrive within the same week that the order is placed. (US customers only) We also offer UPS shipping to our customers in the United States. Options include Next Day Air ($29 first dvd, $3 each additional), 2 Day Air ($15 first dvd, $2 each additional), 3 Day Air ($14 first dvd, $1 each additional)and UPS Ground ($8 first dvd, $1 each additional). Sorry, UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. Also, we don't make any money off of shipping ... these are the rates that are imposed by the post office and by UPS.

  49. Where Won't You Ship?

    There are certain places in the world that we will not ship to based on legal issues regarding Obscenity. We will not ship to the entire country of Japan and pretty soon we probably won't ship to Germany. (If you're in Germany, you should hurry up and buy our DVDs because pretty soon we won't be shipping to you).

    There are also several places in the USA that we won't ship to because of Obscenity Standards. We will not ship to anyone in Oklahoma. We will not ship to the following zipcode ranges

  51. What About International Shipping Options?

    Yes, we do ship outside of the United States.

    For your sake, and our sanity, please select your shipping option carefully. JB Video cannot not be held responsible for any shipments seized by a Customs Agency. International customers must check with their country of origin's customs officials for laws regarding receipt of adult oriented materials from the USA. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If the package is returned and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost minus the shipping and handling charges. Payment from outside of the United States must be: VISA or MasterCard (US Dollars), International Money Orders (US Dollars micro-encoded with a US Bank) or American Express Money Orders (US Dollars).

    With Fed Ex, delivery time is very short once the package leaves our office -- deliveries usually take about one week or less. We do not include the time that the package sits in Customs.

    Our other option, International Air Mail costs a lot less, but takes a lot longer to arrive. Depending on the final destination and the time spent in Customs, it could take 2-4 weeks.

    IMPORTANT: You are responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes that may apply. (Also known as G.S.T., VAT, or tariff taxes). We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. These are your responsibility. Check with your own country. For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Promo Videos". We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason as well as the right to require a consent signature on our credit card consent form.

  53. How Often Do You Ship?

    Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), and we process 99% of our orders within 24 hours of receipt. If we receive your order before 12pm, there's a good chance it will be shipped that same day. (UPS must be received by 12pm to go out the same day). Temporarily, we do run out of stock on certain items ... but it only takes us a couple days to catch up.

  55. How Soon Will I Receive My Order Once It's Shipped?

    That depends on the shipping option you choose and where you live. Although most US shipments arrive that same week, please allow up to 2 weeks for domestic orders. If you order by UPS, please keep in mind that Saturday and Sunday are not included in their delivery schedule. So UPS Next Day ordered on Friday will arrive on Monday.

    International orders can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks (with FED EX) once the package has left our office or 2 to 6 weeks (with International Air Mail) If it has been several weeks and you are concerned about your international order, please contact your local Customs agency to inquire if the package has at least gotten that far. Also keep in mind that weekends and holidays can delay mail service for both domestic and international shipments.

  57. Do You Use Discreet Packaging?

    Yes. JB has been in this business since 1989 and understands your concerns about privacy. We use plain white box covers for our video tapes, clear CD jewel cases for our DVDs (unless otherwise specified in the catalog) and we ship your order in a plain brown package or envelope with the return address "JB Promotions, Inc." On our international shipments, we take special care by using discreet packaging measures to eliminate losses in transit and to keep the products you purchase confidential.

  59. Do You Do Custom Shipping?

    Occasionally, we will repackage and re-label video orders to accommodate a customer's request. This type of custom order is subject to the approval of our shipping department ... but it never hurts to ask. Inquiries can be made to our customer service department.

  61. What If I Don't Want My Order Shipped To My Billing Address?

    Not a problem provided we can verify the billing address used for your credit card. On the order form, there's an extra address section provided for your convenience. There's also a place for your comments, if you'd like to make a special note regarding your shipping address.

  63. What Happens If I Order Something And It Never Arrives?

    We'll be happy to check the status of an order for you .... provided you give the package ample time to arrive. This usually is about one week from the time you placed your order (unless it's UPS). Please contact our customer service dept. for more information.

    Our website has been around since the mid 1990's ... that's a long time on the internet. And we have never gotten rid of any of our content .. so you can imagine we have a lot!

    We update our website many times each week. Sometimes daily and sometimes every other day ... but on average members get 5-6 great updates a week. and EVERY week, members get a 3-hour live show from a different pantyhose/leg model. No other website offers that!

    We currently have 3 options for joining Club JB. You can purchase a recurring membership which is $29.95 every 30 days. Our best deal is our 3-month recurring membership which is $79.95 for the first 90 days and then $69.95 for another 90 days.     When you place an order with us online, your email address and all your personal information is kept on a safe server with the highest security measures. We do not add you to any mailing list - either email or snail mail -- unless you check the box that says "sign me up for your newsletter".

    No! We never give out information about our customers. We respect your right to privacy and strive to maintain your confidence. Any information you enter on our website is confidential.

  89. Why won't my username and password work?

    There are several reasons your login might not be working. If you simply forget your username and password, please contact CCBill Support and they will be able to help you. There is also a 24 hour help line with CCBill, Phone: 888.596.9279 or 480.449.7751 ... and on their website there is a utility for retrieving lost passwords.

    However, if you KNOW your username and password but it's not working for some reason, please contact logins@jbvideo.com and include your first and last name along with the username and password you're trying to use. If you don't include your first and last name and the username and password you are trying to use, we will email you back to ask you for it ... so you can save time and just send it to us in the first place.

    If you are getting an error message that says "403 Forbidden - you do not have permission to access on this server ...." (or something like that) then you'll need to email us at here and let us know. Please include your IP address as well so we can see why you are getting the forbidden error. If you don't know it, you can find it on this website

  91. How Do I View The Videos In The Member's Lounge?

    Members can view the videos on our site using Windows Media Player or RealMedia's Video Player. They are both available for download from their websites: windowsmedia.com/ and www.realplayer.com.

    From 1998 to 2006, we used Real Player for our sample video clips in the catalog and in the video gallery. At the end of 2006, we decided to switch to Windows Media Player. So you will need Real Player to watch the hundreds of video clips we already have on the site ... and from November 2006, you will need Windows Media Player or compatible player.

    At one point, we also added DivX videos to our collection -- so you will need that software also. If you need help with DivX clips, please see the Customer Support page in members area of Club JB

  93. What about the Movie Lounge or Live Video Chat Shows?

    The Live Video Chat feature of our website requries Windows Media Player. No other plug-ins or downloads are necessary .. and the video works on both Macs and PCs with Windows Media Player installed.
