Policy
All sales are final. Once you complete a transaction, your credit card has been charged.
No refunds and no exchanges.
We will happily replace any defective item with a new, identical, working item free of charge. Returned items must be postmarked within 30 days of your initial receipt.
Return Procedure
In order to make sure your needs are promptly and efficiently met, you must contact our returns department before putting your return in the mail. We will give you specific instructions regarding your return at this time. You can call us at 800-716-7705 or 818-998-1890 or email us at support@jbvideo.com
If you prefer to contact our returns department by e-mail, please include your first and last name, the name of the defective item as it appears on the invoice and a description of the problem that requires its return. Please be as specific as possible.

Order Mistakes
If you make a mistake on your order, such as purchasing a duplicate dvd or changing your mind about your shipping method, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a coupon code. The coupon code will be emailed to you and can be applied to a future internet order with a specified expiration date.
Please note: Members of Club JB must log into their account first and enter their discount catalog through the main menu of Club JB. Customers who are members but order through the non-member catalog will not be given a discount. Refunds or coupons will be issued at our discretion for this mistake. To easily tell which catalog you are in, the non-member catalog is yellow and the Club JB member catalog is green.
Order Fulfillment Time
Our orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9am-2pm PST. (except US holidays) Generally, our shipping turnaround time is 1 day for in-stock items ... so if we process your order on a Monday it will ship on Tuesday. There are exceptions.
We have no control over the mail. Domestic orders shipped via US Priority Mail generally take 3 - 7 days ... but once your package leaves our office it's no longer in our hands. If you choose Domestic UPS shipping, you can contact us for a tracking number. Saturday and Sunday are not included in our UPS delivery schedule. UPS Next Day orders placed on Friday are delivered on Monday.

Shipping Insurance
Currently, we are not able to insure packages shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Due to this circumstance, we will not be liable for loss or damage of orders shipped via USPS or International Airmail (including all orders shipped to APO, FPO & PO Box addresses).
Shipping To Prisons
We do not ship to prisons.
Undeliverable Packages
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will make every attempt to contact you and remedy the situation.
Canadian Shipping
Currently we offer two shipping methods to Canada: Canadian FedEx and Canadian Air Mail. Our first method, Fed Ex, takes about 1 week or less for delivery. Our second method is Canadian Air Mail (2-6 weeks for delivery) and is available for PO Boxes ONLY. If you choose this shipping method and your shipping address is not a PO Box, we will attempt to contact you before we send your package via Canadian Fed Ex and charge your credit card for the balance due.
